In this video you will be shown how the touchscreen works. Unlock the Boombox bottom doors to access the computer. The computer can be found underneath the desk on the right hand side of the Boombox. Locate the power button and press once. The power button should illuminate. At the front of the Boombox, the touchscreen will automatically power on. The touchscreen can be used to operate the computer like any other Windows 11 computer. From here, you can open our pre-installed video loops via the folder labelled “BOOMBOX IND THEME VIDEOS” When you open the video loop file, select the loop icon at the bottom of the window. Then open the window in full screen by tapping the full screen icon. The information at the bottom will automatically disappear. To end the loop, double tap on the screen and close the window. You can even load your own video loops. To do so, next to the power button on the computer, there are two USB ports. This is where you can plug your own USB storage. Using the touchscreen, open File Explorer at the bottom of the screen. Your own USB storage can be accessed on the sidebar of this window. Tap to open it and view your media. The Boombox also comes pre-installed with Karafun, our recommended karaoke software. Double tap on the Karafun icon on the desktop of the computer. Once Karafun is opened, you’ll be able to access all of the songs in the KaraFun Web library on the left hand sidebar. First, select your genre, then select the individual song. Once you have selected the song, double tap on the image window inside KaraFun to make it fullscreen. Double tap the screen to return to the previous window. The Boombox even has Spotify installed. At the bottom of the desktop, double tap the Spotify icon to open Spotify and sign in to your own account. You have now mastered using the touchscreen of your Boombox! Add External Speakers to your BoomBox Booth to increase your sound for bigger events is so easy and very straight forward. There are three connections on each side of the Boombox. On the left, there's power in, power out and a male XLR. On the left, there’s two power outs, and another male XLR port for connecting audio feed to speakers. You can run power out of the Boombox using the three included adapters. As long as the Boombox is being powered, then all of the ports are also automatically being powered. Plug XLR into Boombox and then into your speaker. Do the same with the power cable and the included adapter. Repeat this process on the other side of the Boombox for a stereo speaker setup. Run cabling behind the back wheel again for safety. Make sure to tape down cables neatly to avoid trip hazard You have now successfully connected speakers to your Boombox!
